While renovating the kitchen, we came
across an old forgotten family recipe written in French. We translated the
recipe and the end result is Grandma Rena's Hot Cajun Mustard Sauce. The
sauce is excellent as a dip when serving sausage. Can also be used as a
marinade and pre-batter for seafood.

and does not have an over powering garlic flavor as the name might imply.
Great for marinating chicken, ribs, pork chops, steaks, roast, brisket,
hamburgers, pasta, Bar-B-Que, baked beans, fish, shrimp, crawfish and
crabs. Use as a marinate, Bar-B-Que sauce or pour right out of the bottle
for dipping.

"Cajun Power Garlic Sauce." Season all meat (Chicken, Pork
Chops, Ribs, Roast, Hamburgers, etc.) with a little salt & pepper (Or
your favorite shaker seasoning), "Cajun Power Herbs &
Spices" liquid seasoning, then pour on "Cajun Power Garlic
Sauce." Rub into meat to cover all parts.
