A favorite dish of South Louisiana is "Etouffe' " (Pronounced, et-to-fay). Just add butter, water and your favorite seafood (Shrimp, Fish &Crawfish are favorites) to this mix and you're ready to enjoy one of Louisiana's favorite dishes in just 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
