"CRAWFISH - Louisiana's Crustacean Delight"

This information booklet answers questions that visitors to and many residents of Louisiana ask about the state's unique crawfish industry. Authors are Jay and Judy Huner. Jay Huner has been an astacologist - crawfish biologist - for over 25 years. Judy Huner is a retired teacher. The two have combined their knowledge of crawfish biology and exploitation and the tourism industry to generate this crawfish booklet.
This booklet is in it's second printing and is illustrated by Darlene Frank Shilling who has been a wildlife artist for many years.
