It's been told that getting the recipe for T-Loui's Chow Chow wasn't easy. In return, Papa had to divulge the whereabouts of his fishin' hole on Bayou Teche. But it was worth it, 'cause this chow chow, full of fresh cayenne peppers and vegetables is delicious. Use it as a dip or in a dressing. And, T-Loui says it makes a great marinade for fish, too. And he should know - he's got a freezer full.
