products (Turduckens, Stuffed Chickens, Shrimp, Andouille & Boudin) have flat rate
shipping charges included (or posted) according to their weight and
Next Day Air freight.)
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. (Applies to all perishable orders.)
All perishable products will be sent FEDEX Next Day Air. We cannot ship over a
weekend. FEDEX is requested to leave the package at the door. As a precaution,
please leave a note for the driver in your area to leave the package if no one
will be there to receive it. All packages are shipped with
"Perishable" stickers on the box.
Please note for Turducken orders: Upon receipt, it may be soft on
the outside, but still frozen on the inside. It is perfectly safe to place in
the freezer to prepare at a later date. Remove from freezer and place in the
refrigerator to thaw 48 hours prior to preparing. If you plan to prepare within
48 hours of receiving, place turducken in the refrigerator to continue to thaw.
